I always do estim with weights, I usually attach 3 weights to my scrotum and apply adhesive electro pads to my stretched testicles at the bottom of the sac. The weights come to 125 mm length. The other electrode is applied to one of : (1) Prince Albert Piercing or (2) urethral sound or (3) Glans ring.
The ram ejaculator does look interesting but could be a bit dangerous, I wonder if anyone has actually tried it?
