I have been a pumper on and off for and off for several years now. My regiment is to pump then wait a few days and then repeat. I have gotten to the point where I can sustain high pressure and will alternate between high and low for a two hour pump with several massage breaks in between. I do not have the longest dick here, but I am pretty satisfied with my sustained girth after so many years of pumping. Please let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions for additional gains, I am more than happy to listen.

Todays pump session was two hours. I start in a 1.5 and finish with a 2.5. I pack the 2.5 and nearly top out in the 8 inch cylinder. Ill give it a rest for a day and go back into the tube on Friday.
