Peeing is different with a cut glans. Holding it open does not really work, as the stream attaches to the sidewalls somehow.
I still have a foreskin and try to cover the slip glans so that it dribbles out.
I also pressed the glans close and just pissed through the bottom cut. That works also.

It is a little bit trial and error.....

My meato is down to the end of the glans and I was thinking of loosening the edges a bit as you did.

From memory there are some nerves going into the glans in that area? Did you feel any numbing effect when you did the horizontal cuts?
Do you have plans to go deeper to liberate more of the glans?

Looks great with the piercing. How does it influence peeing? And at which size did you start with the piercing?

I started with a RPA, mid glans, 1.6mm. Then dilated up to 12 mm. I cut the meat forward opening the glans then did the deep RPA that I now have before the 3.2 glans which is currently dilated to 10mm. Finally I had this custom J-shaped jewel made to keep the two halves of the open glans apart. The pee does not come out completely straight and it is better to sit down, but if I cover the glans with the foreskin I can pee standing normally. Meatotomy also greatly affects the flow of pee when foreskin are down.

Splitting the glans is a process of steps if you’re going to do it yourself. The time involved depends on how fast you want to go and how fast you heal. Setbacks will lengthen the process (unintentional healing of a cut). I used the clamp and cut method for everything so it was a series of small steps.

I have just started process of splitting from a previous meatotomy. I am using the clamp and cut method just a few mm at a time.

I have noticed with most recent cut that separated surfaces are white and a bit sticky, I think this is the beginning of skin Re-growth and the cut trying to close. I tend to heal quickly. How can I prevent the cut sides from closings back together?

When I cut mine I used a piece of surgical tape rolled up and placed between the cut area after coveing it with vaseline.

Am working on splitting mine again. It had healed over.

Have been slowly cutting after meatotomy with intention of bisected glans.

I’m getting to the point now that the top of the glans is quite thick and clamp & cut is getting much more difficult (and painful).

Is there a better method or a better method than ice to numb area before clamping?
