Have been slowly cutting after meatotomy with intention of bisected glans.
I’m getting to the point now that the top of the glans is quite thick and clamp & cut is getting much more difficult (and painful).
Is there a better method or a better method than ice to numb area before clamping?
I am actually cutting with a thermocauter. There is no need to clamp before, though it makes cutting easier.
In addition of cutting from the meato end, I am also cutting a line on the top of the glans.
Finally the line from inside and outside will meet and the glans is split...

Das zusammenwachsen ist nicht mehr das Problem.Das habe ich besiegt.
Ich möchte die Oberseite,noch tiefer Spalten.
Dieses geht aber nur ,wenn man in der Mitte etwas Haut entfernt,da ich die Vorhaut noch besitze.
Heute habe ich die Unterseite noch etwas gespalten ca um 1 cm erweitert.
Habe noch keine Bilder.Die folgen aber noch .
