I was inspired by pumpmans 6x12 thread. He has some helpful instructions there. I used a 2 part platinum silicone from Amazon and used a large mixing bowl as a mould with the tube suspended inside over a can to ensure there was an opening.

It worked beautifully but I think I can improve it and make it more comfortable with a few adjustments. Version 2 coming soon.

Looking like a successful homemade seal. I’m in the process of redoing my seal on my Mega Monster Tube. Hoping to get in it the week of 4th of July. Spent two weeks on the new seal, need to make sure the silicone is fully cured

Cheers bud. I can absolutely get it completely engorged but it takes the same amount of time as a marathon full package session and the results don’t last as long. I do love the results but I always feel time is better spent whole package pumping.
