I went to my kids school a few years ago on a presentation day or something similar and they had a guest speaker who it turns out was a special effects/model maker type guy for the film industry.
Upon his entrance he asked if the school kids could have a guess at what he did for work.
My immediate response was “porn star, judging by the enormous bulge in your trousers!” but upon reflection, unless he was as well endowed as some of our pumped members, he was most likely a pumper!
(I suppose it could have been a colostomy bag or catheter, but I’m sticking with pumper!!
)

I can't say I've had any obvious run ins with pumpers yet!
