Getting going in the 2.25 tonight

Staying under 5hg for the first 20 minutes
Water heat pad and Epsom salts to loosen up things then hopefully trying out a new pulse program on my dp4000

Going to be 5hg for 5s 8hg 1s 5hg 5s 8hg 2s 10hg 2s on repeat.
Going to try it might drop the 10hg out but we'll see how it feels
