Dilator sets usually have an increase of 1 mm at a time that is too big. That is an increase in circumference of 3.14 mm. I always increase in 0.5 mm steps. If you increase too quickly, there is a risk of cracks appearing. The resulting scar tissue is difficult to stretch. I always leave the dilator in for about 2 hours. The longer and the more often the urethra is stretched, the faster you get to the next size. If you train 2-3 times a week, you need about 2 months for 0.5 mm diameter gain. I have now reached a diameter of 13mm, I started with 6mm. You have to insert a penis plug with 17mm and a through hole and leave it in. After about 2 weeks the plug will fall out by itself, then you can insert a 17.5mm plug. And so on.

I've never had any problems using astroglide.!

I now have a 17mm Penisplug used me permanently with longitudinal bore. So that I can again controlled piss. Because with a meatus externus opening of 17 mm of urine sprayed sometimes uncontrollably. The plug I gather only for cleaning, Sounden or if I want to continue to stretch the meatus. After about 2 weeks of 17mm plug itself falls out. Then I'll use a 17,5 mm plug. This is also a good way to locate the meatus urethra Externum to stretch further.

I use Surgilube to sound. It is sterile and works well.

I use Astroglide on some, but I really like Durex silicone on my glass sounding rods. Just went my evening walk with a 6" by 6mm silicone ribbed plug all the way, could hardly keep the ecstatic look from my face, and I was wearing lipstick as well.
