1. Getting my PA post silicone was not painful at all and was very quick, had no issues. Just got to let the initial PA piercing heal properly. like 4-6 months if you want to gauge up.
2. I have been moving up in thickness. I am at a 0 gauge right now and hope to be at a 00 by this winter. we will see.
3. I got the PA after my silicone injections and that includes by Guiche as well. no issues at all.

I received my silicone injections by a medical specialist from Europe but now has retired since after over 20+ years of doing it and is a juiced guy himself.
