Clamp was ok for meatotomy....afraid to use technique on top gland and get a vein...been using numb cream but manage small /shallow cuts using a cautery pen.....any other suggestions?...how long have you guysvtake to complete full split?...

I started splitting my head almost 3 weeks ago. I banded my cock, and then used a knife to cut my head. Then I used an electric soldering iron to cauterize the cut. it is healing nicely now. These are a few pics of it after 2 days.

Some years ago I had a reverse Pa. Now I took the opportunity to make one clamp from my peehole to the hole of my reverse Pa. It was painfull, the clamp was for two hours. Now I try to prevent regrowth. Any advice to me???? Ser pictures above. Peter Borges

It's easier to pierce with an apadravya and allow to heal then cut to the healed pierce. You'll never clamp the upper glans whe you get further down, simply too much tissue. As far as veins go, not sure what you mean. There aren't any in the glans. But regardless, you will be cutting through the sponge tissue which engorges with blood when erect.
Best thing is to cut and seal with either a cautery pen (personally I wouldn't recommend a solder iron) or silver nitrate, or the least painful is 'wound seal'. What numbing cream you using? Emla should work fine if application is done correctly.

I'm not using a numbing cream. Just personal preference, but I do like to feel all the pain. It's fun for me, and I like to work up the adrenaline and then close the clamp.

I am thinking of doing 2mm today. I did about 2mm, 2 weeks ago, and it worked great. I wonder how long until my top split is noticeable at the urinals.

about a year ago I split underneath all the way past my cock head. I can fit a 14mm sound, no problem.

I found this chastity device on ebay. It feels great. It has a 12mm insert with a bore. I wish it came with bigger inserts. I might try to lathe some bigger ones. The top bar actually tugs on the head split. Fantastic.
