My urethra's got some resilience, but I have to get by a small hole in my meatus. Once I get a 6mm thru (so far, and I use glass sounding rods with silicone lube) I can rod away all those pleasure points. It feels SO good I go back and plug something in several times a day. Also use a 6mm ribbed silicone tool that gives the meatus some extra stretches

I have a 10mm plug and it just falls out but I can’t get an 11mm plug to fit at all. Any suggestions.

You must insert and leave in a 10.5mm through hole penis plug. After about 2 weeks the plug will fall out by itself, then you can insert an 11 mm plug. And so forth.
