This is not the same picture as yesterday, but it’s a very similar picture taken today, three days after my last pump, and it’s point is to show that if like me, you have a tiny package, then this is what can be achieved.

From a tiny package that could be completely concealed in one hand, to one that is now much more than a handful.

Pumpers, I salute you! 🫡

(No doubt they’ll shrink a bit when I get out of bed and the colder air hits, but for now, I’m holding them… )

I have to say though, it’s not good form to post your own pictures on a personal thread (particularly when they are such bad quality) as there are plenty of “free for all” threads where all posters are welcome

Also, there’s no need to paste the same pictures on multiple threads, we generally read them all so we won’t miss them

So, 7 months later, I’ve finally fixed the BM357…



Got a disc top disc (80mm x 4mm - nearly 3”) from Amazon for about £4.20 some months ago, and some Aruldite 2 pack epoxy (cheers BnL ) for about £6.50 at the same time and left it all in the draw for 6 months.

Until yesterday….

I haven’t drilled a hole through it to attach a valve, I have just stuffed the tubing in a là jar pumping.

It works!!

No leakage!!

And to those of you that said it couldn’t be done
