Wanting to try saline infusion

After what feels like a plateau effect with pumping, in looking to dabble in the saline world. I've tried getting research but it's pretty hard remembering everything I need.
I also would like to focus more on my cock then my my whole scrotum. Is there specific areas to insert the needle ? Do I have to tie it up and with what? Where can I get the supplies for cheap and what's the average time for infusion? Or any other tricks you might know. If possible please show me pictures of what you've been able to accomplish.
