Anyone know if the Vacutech Pulsar electric pump can pump full packages?
Thanks.

Hey Venice pumper

Yes it works fine but it is very sensitive to wet pumping. So if you ever get it wet then microwave a cup of rice until its very hot, put it in a Tupperware container, add your device and then close for 24 hours. I use it on with my Bullmaster and my nipple tubes, here is an example. Just a note that a modified aquarium pump also works fine.

The pulsar is great for Ball Pumping and it actually has a preprogrammed setting for just that. As Torontopump stated water will toast the pulsar but pumptoys has a water trap setup that will prevent this:

What I didn't like about the product is the container was made of glass which could break and wreak some havoc so I had them custom make an acrylic "jar" to solve the issue. Don't quote me on this but I think they only charged me an additional $10 or so for the upgrade.

This water trap has a plastic jar and is much less inexpensive than any I’ve found (under $15).
Mityvac MVA6005 16 oz. Fluid Reservoir Kit.

You don’t need any adapters to connect it. Just make sure that you connect the line to your pump where it says on the lid.

Mityvac also makes a tiny one, so make sure that you get the 16 oz. one. I’d post the link to it on Amazon but I’m camping and have a lousy internet connection. It’s a miracle that I can reach this site!

Yes water trap works well. Get the bigger one. I use a digital-4000 from ctc. It's at least $100 cheaper.

No regrets.
Loving the unit.
It gets hot after an hour of use; breaks are necessary.
Otherwise brilliant.
