When you read about someone who has a ball stretch of six inches (150 mm) what does it mean? Between where and where is it measured? It could be measured from either above the root of the cock or the top of the ball sack just below the cock, to either the top or the bottom of the nuts. Is there a convention?
In case anyone is interested, my own stretch is 5 inches/ 125mm measured from under the root of my cock to the top of my boys.

I'm sure the picture above left is the best way to measure. the other methods offer too many possibilities of deviation.
