Small drawbacks
It can be difficult to get out of, also. Nowhere near as tight as a vase, though.
The bigger opening pumps the pubis, not cock & balls, emphasizing pudge I don't want.
Once pumped past the lobes, balls get squeezed into the smaller end of the pump

The silicone cushion cuts off blood flow.
