Here’s my latest results first packing my 3.0 to now packing my 3.25 which equals to measuring over 10 inches in girth!

Thanks guys! I’ve been pumping on and off for over 20 years , starting with 2.0 cylinder and gradually moving up each size. Just this past year I’ve been taking it up a notch by pumping twice a day an hour each time in the morning before shower and I the evening before bed. The key importance on my growth has been wearing a cock ring pretty much all day with occasional 20 min breaks, not a tight one , one the gives some restriction but allows blood flow. Then I wear another cock ring that has just enough restriction when I sleep at night. By doing this , I’ve seen the quickest and biggest gains ! Great work man! Love your uniform tube packing. Your method of using a constriction device is quite proper! I've used what I call a " stayer " since the beginning back in 99 and 2000. Maintaining your size and stretch allows you to get bigger each session as long as you are consistent with your sessions. Keep up the amazing pumping!
