pump made me pee?

So... I was pumping and all of the sudden I feel myself peeing a little (I think it was pee), and then I couldn’t stop. It is like it sucked it out of me 
I filled the whole cup with pee... I didn’t do this on purpose. Is this bad? Has it ever happened to you? What should I do to prevent it?
