I have made a slit along +and so i can use each gauge, at time 30 mm:

It's all up to your dick. I have my PA about 25 years. I am up to a 00 gauge for daily wear and wear the 000g when I want to feel the heavier jewelry. Once comfortable with a larger size then move up to the next,

I have now 9,5mm PA

I usually wear a 00 gauge and it’s comfortable I can put in a 000 gauge but then it’s painful to pee.

Hi all PA piecing bros! I wanted a PA ring for years and since the spring of 2020, I finally got it done. I started with a 10ga and for over a year and a half, I am now a 4ga. It was a long and uneven road to stretching up the gauges as it was all me trying to quickly size up but learned every time its take patience to size up. My goal is 0ga but looking at other in the 0 to 00 ga's I think my new goal is 00. we will see.

here is my meat with my 4ga PA

I started out at 8g i think, then progressed quite easily through 6, 4, 2, 0 then eventually to 00, which seems to be my natural limit. This a heavy weight 00 gauge. (The ball is 1” diameter and the ring has a 1” ID)

Excellent and my goal is 10mm (00ga) but the 12mm seems great but will see how the 00ga goes as i am at a 0ga

I voted 6mm but in fact I have found that 2x6mm smooth segment rings works well as it gives an oval hole so less chance of an unintentional meato!
