I use sorbolene cream on my cock and balls and around the crotch skin that gets sucked into jar, it helps form an airtight seal, like others, just a piece of plastic tubing down side into jar, suck out the air to where you have a seal then I usually keep sucking till I get overwhelmed by the pleasure then pull out the tube, when huge reverse process to get out
