Buying Large Sounds - Where to Buy

One of our members "mrcando181082" asked where to buy large sounds. I can not for some reason PM to him an answer. Creating a new thread, hopefully he will see it. I just googled "Buy urethral dilators". The search returns lots of offers for sale in Ebay and Alibaba. Most where Hegar varying in price from $25 to $144.00 and offering sizes from 3mm to 18mm.
Let's hope he sees this thread

What is considered large? Are you looking for smooth sounds (dilators) or stepped sounds? I bought a sound kit that goes up to about 13mm. If you buy a kit, buy a set of calipers because the french size on the sounds don't match with the actual size(as far as my kit goes). I'm in the US lately I've been buying from ebay,thechaingang, or amazon.
