I am going to make another change.....Swanson brand PYGEUM 500mg , available thru AMAZON.....I am usually a one drip pony, but since increasing to 500mg --that was a big slime of pre cum....I am taking the HOLY GRAIL mixture first thing in morning with my coffee.....by later in early evening, I am so ready......

Wanted to try "zinc" only for start. Bought it and see hm 15mg O.o yours is 50 damn I tried to find it on our market, nope.. 15mg anything above is mixture of something + zinc.

3. Korean Ginseng: 500mg Strength. Taken 2 times daily. Total = 1000mg
4. Zinc: 50mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 50mg
5. Pygeum: 100mg Strength. Taken 2 times daily. Total = 200mg
6. Maca: 1600mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1600mg
7. Lecithin: 1200mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1200mg
8. Ginkgo Biloba: 120mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 120mg

Positives From Taking: Nothing that I am aware of
Any Ill Side Effects: Minor – Light-headed 30 minutes after taking for about 10 minutes.
