Scalpel vs surgical scissors

When doing clamp and cut, what is the difference beetween cutting with scalpel or with surgical scissors? Is the scalpel better ?

If you clamp first then doesn t matter if you cut with scalpel or scissor. And depends where you are cutting

It want to cut the frenulum, not doing a meatomy (however the video posted from Peter Borges is really interesting, thanks for sharing).
I did a first cut with a scalpel and it went good, i posted about it here:
