Where is the fluid coming from?

This is a question for the extreme pumpers, doctors and for those who know...

When i go really huge i pump about 3 Litres of fluids into my sac. Where is the fluid coming from? Is it coming from the the blood or the lymph or both? What is if i pump huge, will this water be missing in the blood, eg will the blood thicken?

I'm slowly worried about my size...

Don't sweat it! Keep GROWING!
It comes from your lymphatic system.
Just hydrate hydrate hydrate!
It won't hurt your blood.

.....and post pics!

The most medical write up on pumping I have found is this https://www.pumptoys.com/lib/lib3ed.htm
I still don't understand how the tissue swells, or what kind of fluid is filling out the tissue.
Since I got into pumping, I have been amazed by how well the body is affected by it.

Lymphatic fluid is what fills the tissue and vacuum draws it in from the lymphatic system. We produce liters of the stuff every day. This is why slow steady hydration is Important. Guzzling a gallon of water quickly is not as effective as sipping it consistently over a few hours.

So other than hydration and exercise, what is the best method for increasing lymphatic fluids? Any supplements that can be taken, routines, drinks, ect?

Tying off and frequent pumping helps retain it. You could add sodium to your diet, but it's really not healthy. Lots of guys swear by Epsom salts in the pump water.
On the other hand, sometimes just some time off is what you need.

I've been doing everything right all this week. I should be around 18" by now but it looks like I pumped for an hour. You just never know sometimes.

That was my hangup for getting into pumping, but having done it on and off for years I really can't see any negative effects.
