There's an actual MD with a practice who claims to do both temporary and permanent fillers by injection. Being an MD I'd imagine he's a safer bet than the dude in the alley. He's got a website avantiderma.com which looks interesting. You might want to investigate PMMR as an alternative to silicone. Phallocare.com is a site and expert (Dan Salas) who I would suggest you contact. He works with real MDs for enhancement procedures. He was based in Southern California for may have moved the business to Tijuana just over the border in Mexico. Nonprofessionals can fuck you up and fixing the damage can be a costly nightmare.
