I'm kinda new to pumping and I was on a good schedule 1x day for about 2hrs. I went on a long weekend so I was unable to pump for 5 days and when I came back and tried to resume pumping easing into it I started to get really bad petechial bruising on my penis and balls. I waited over a week and tried to pump again and same thing happened. I stay under 5 on the gage, any tips or suggestions from seasoned pumpers, has this happened to anyone?

I'm also new and for me 3" works just fine. Why don't you give it a try?

5 seems a little high, the staying around 3 sounds like good advice. Nordy

3-5 hg are good numbers.
Are you keeping everything slippery?

I agree with others about using lower pressure. I would also consider that you try warm water in your pumping tube. Lots of good lube prior to entering is critical, but circulation is more critical. Take more frequent breaks as well.

yeh... if you are going 2 hours with no break that's no good.
i like 10-15 min at a time... hour couple of times a week... some maintinaence pumps for 30-45 min 3-4 is where i like to stay.
im in the tube right now for the first time in a week or so.
feels amazing

I normally do an hour every three or four days, I wish I could spend more time but hey... I get improvements.
