Newart Store Scam?

Hey everyone this is my first post and it's not what I wish it was sadly. Nearly 2 months ago I placed an order on the Newart store and was charged the correct amount on my credit card, but I still have not received my order or any email confirmation. I have tried reaching out to Newart support via phone or email and have never been responded to. Anyone else have issues like this?
