Really looking for something where I can separately pump my balls from my cock. Like the pump I get on my cock, but don't like the donut I get from a two hour session, so am looking for a cylinder that allows my balls to be in their own chamber.

Cleancut, if you use a BIG jar as above, the cock has plenty of room for expansion. A glans ring will help to keep the donut down and if you start narrow, once the balls pull down the tube the cock ends up isolated from the vac. From there it's just a matter of working you're way up the tube sizes.
Pump sat upright to pull the cock back will allow the balls to swell beyond it and isolate it quicker. Might not be the definitive answer you're looking for but it's a way round you're problem and building up the tube sizes is a good excuse for more pumping !
