Hey guys!

Like you can see at the pictures I am circumcised and I want to do the split until the scarf (Black line at the picture).
Do you guys think that I will be still able to pee while standing after the cut? And should I do the whole spilt in one session or should I split the procedure in more than one session?

And the most important question for me is how should I prevent the glans from healing together again?

By the way I guess that I belong to the younger users of this forum (with 19 years). Is there anyone around my age?

From the black line in the photo it appears that you want to go beyond a meatotomy and actually do a partial subincision. Is that correct?

I always to do multiple small cuts as it is easier to control bleeding and prolongs the fun of cutting longer.

You will always get some regrowth regardless of what you do but the more you can keep it spread open while it heals the better.

As far as peeing standing up... I had a meatotomy (a cut through just the lower part of the glans) and I was still able to pee standing although the stream was not as tightly focused.

You should definitely go ahead and do it! It's worth it indeed!
To answer, yes, the peeing should be a bigger problem as you go further.
You could either go in small steps or one go, as you feel more comfortable, the tip is to prepare and take your time so that you go straight with your cut(s) and not act in the spur of the moment in the hope it will come out ok
You can prevent healing by using gauze or other tissue in the cut, and spreading with your fingers constantly, when showering for example.

I just did the first small cut and I am quiet happy with it.

The first two pictures were before the cut.

The third and fourth picute were about 5 minutes after the cut.

And the last one 20 minutes after it.

I know that I didnt cut a lot but it was my first try. In first there was of lot of blood but it stopped quiet quick.

You just want to cut a little at a time and Vaseline keeps it from regrowth. I didn't have any with sub but have regrowth with split head

a few month later I am short before finishing the split of the lower part of my glans. I will do one more cut to finish it once I have enogh spare time. Till now I am very happy with the split I gained a lot of sensitivity wich I have lost due circumsision. Also I am still able to pee while standing without any problems, that was the factor I was most afraid of before I startet cutting.

I am not sure if I should keep it like this or if I should go for a full glans split and cut the upper part aswell. As you can see on the pictures my dick is not really big so I am not sure if a full glans split would look nice.
