I just use saliva. Lube the cylinder with saliva and usually after a few minutes of Pumping it starts leaking pre cum. Once I release the vacuum valve its fairly easy to get out of the cylinder.

Saliva? O.O Whoa that must be some ammount.. I have a lil problem with my.. precum is noexisting so that is no way for me. I usually have to use hand lotion and for each pumping again and again atleast 3-4times before it seeps "deep" enought so its ok enought to pump for longer.

Have you ever thought of having the bumps removed? Of cause, your lady may enjoy the extra stimulation the bumps probably give.

The "bumps" are actually my left over foreskin from my childhood circumcision..the doctor left alot of skin..not sure why. But, after years of Pumping the foreskin has grown and so you have the "bumps". I love the look myself and yes my partner also loves the feeling rubbing her vagina walls. I would never consider removing them...they are my foreskin pumped.
