I have one of those things. It is fun to play with but it does not work. As soon as you got it in place it starts to move out of the hole. And when you loose your hard it slides rite off my cock head. It was a waist of money for me. I wanted to put it on and go on my way but you have to sit and hold it in place. So keep that in mind if you order one. I got mine from ebay.

It's true, but you can fix it. Bend lower part little bit. It has to be wider at bottom. It holds better after that. but not sure if is it for daily wearing under dress

Hey Mr. urethra. You are correct. I bent the tabs that goes in the hole and it works so good. I cant believe it. I can even walk around with it on for a while. All I did was wrap the tabs with a heavy cloth and bend just a little curve and it is fantastic. I am going to wear this thing to bed tonight.
