Getting into the high pressure game

I've been pumping 2011. In one who hasn't gotten permanent gains and also still get the dreaded donut. It takes me 30-45 minutes to pack a 1.75. Lately I've been general pumping at 5. Then Up to 7 all for 10 minutes sessions w/peaks of 10hg for a minute and back to 7. I can really feel the pull again. Like when I first began... I'm thinking I can fully pack my 1.75x8 by the end of the month if I keep at it

I would say try to pumpmmpd often and hover longer in the 7-10Hg range than the 5-7. You WILL notice a change in size and speed of fill.

As prelude stated 7-10 works better for me. I have been pumping for over 10 years. I sometimes pump several times a week and sometimes take long breaks of weeks or even months. I can always go right back into pumping after a long break with immediate results. I always start out at 10 with each 15 min session. I check the pressure every 5 min or so and go back to at least 7 to 10. I can usually pack my 1st tube, a 1.75, in 2 15 min sessions before going to my 2nd 2" tube and I can pack it in 2 to 3 sessions if I have time. Be careful with staying at 10 constantly because those pesky little blisters will sneak up on you in litterally a second.
