2.5 hours into the 24 hour clamping. No pain, no blood.

I clamp for 24 hours sothat there is minimal bleeding.

Cut a bit further and found out a few things - good and bad - and nearly had a trip to the ER.
Good things
Clamped for 8-9 hours
Found a numbing cream, available across the counter in the UK, called Anbesol Adult Gel
You can clamp immediately after cutting if you're in a hurry
Bad
The forcep jaws are too narrow which meant when I used scissors i went outside the clamped area - they need to be at least 3mm wide.
Anyway just waiting for it all to heal so I can clean it up - looks a bit ragged at present

Looking good, I started a Subincision as well this Year. It's kinda addicting to cut more. I also started to split my glans. Attached some Pics from my latest cutting progress. I used the Clamp and Cut Method, clamped for 12 Hours and then I cut, I never had bleeding issues and regrowth is minimal.
