I Use bathmate 50 minutes with about 20 breaks for about 30 seconds.

What kind of pressure do you use in the regular tube?

Is it not painful at the base with the tube digging into your body?

I have a 2" and 2.25" LA Pump tube and can hardly use them now as the pressure at the base really digs into the dorsal vein that runs along the top of shaft. Now has been over a week and vein is still pronounced. I do not see a pronounced vein in your pics.

I do not have that problem with the 2.75" tube, but a ball keeps getting sucked in.
