How do you deal with pressure while pumping? (I mean.. how that vacuum pump pushes agains you) I get always sore or painfull feeling how it pushes..

That's an interesting tube. I use a gallon mason jar.
Thanks for posting your pics. I'm a cut guy and like your pic where your sack is full and your shaft skin is rolling over your glans.
I also have the ring-around-the balls bruise. Guess I'll see if my Dr. notices at my next physical, lol. Then my secret maybe exposed
