I can put the tip of my 18mm Hegar in. Only the tip so far, but I am wondering how to keep it stretched open. Does anyone have any methods, or objects you use?

Hello Evythyme try siliconenozzle.com i buy stretchers and sounds of them and they custom make silicone can compress to go in then slowly expand to full size read there customer feed back on the items you like.

The long one has valley's before the next increase that hold in so the cock hole is being held open by the next incriment. black one is 18mm at middle piont then tappers back so once in it stays in and the opaque one is 16mm and softer so you compress it going in and it expands to holdfast fully inserted hope this helps you.
