Hello Nikolay.

An advice. Let the clamp hold for some hours to avoid bleeding. As soon as you heal, you will get a perfect meatotomy the whole way down to your PA hole.

Congratulations. Hope your wife likes your new look.

You may now stretch your sounding from original 6 mm to at least 12 mm? Take a warm bath and your peehole may stretch as you want it.

Hi Nikolay!
Love your work, hope you go on!
If you'd need an advice on going further, I could tell you to get rid of the frenulum and to start cutting not on the median line, but in a bifurcated way, sideways, in order to get a flared look of the 2 halves. This way they can exist independently, yet without loosing blood flow towards them, (and erection quality)

If you want to cut to the foreskin, you should remove the Frenulum Praeputii before you can cut straight. :D
