Thanks for the kind words and motivation. Round 3 was with Epsom salt in my medium jar. It's one that I've posted before. I can also pack it, which is exactly what I did tonight. Round four packed my medium jar in about an hour and a half. Squeaked out of it, then squeezed into a much larger jar. Stayed there for another hour. My routine has been pump hard then rest a day, then back on, then rest. Needless to say I got rather large tonight. I just keep pushing myself. That's for the motivation. Round four pics coming up.
