Where can I get that cylinder

Hi
Anybody who knows where to get the cylinder Tanuki-balls uses?
Or if it is homemade, how to make it.
I am looking for a cylinder whith that kind of top, that can be split in two, To get easyer out of it.

I think he said he made it.
As to how to make it, look into acrylic fabrication, gonna need shop tools, and a lot of different tube and plate sizes, plus o-rings, and that cool membrane heater.
