Was tired of my PA so I decided to do a Meatotomy, I love it so far. It looks a little jagged, I used the clamp and cut method, I think it looks this way due to my what remains of my 0 gauge PA hole. After it heals I plan to trim the sides up some. Let me know your thoughts.

Peter, I had a OO gauge PA some 10 years ago, which migrated out, and looks identical to yours. Very happy with the end result.
