it startet for me with a PA growing out and fantastic pics here Loved to see split glanses and Meatos. Excited me pretty much and forced me to try it myself, not only to jack off see all the beatiful cocks
My Meatotomy is done and I in addition split the Glans on the upper side quite a bit.
The pic isn't the best quality, sorry.

The paper keeps it open, feels nice and prevents regrowth.

well, it all started with a PA which was growing out because I put in 3 rings at a time
was obviously too much. That lead to the Meato and since about 6 month I've been cutting a
little more and mor on the upper side of the glans:

You have now the most beautifull and perfect split.

Do you want to stop or continue your cutting?

Nice! It's the same for me too, no frenulum makes it so easy.

Here is my meatotomy after my finetuning.

I stopped finetuning som years ago and do not want to go any further.
