Thanks Griffin. Yeah you are right, it is hard to find the time to pump. If I could I would pump every day. It takes about 24 hours, for me untill i am back to normal.

The vacuum I use is from 2-4 hg sometimes with small peaks up to 5 hg.

Thanks for info about vacuum. I guess with vacuum this low you're able to stay in the tube for quite long then. But don't you have difficulties getting a "tight" seal with only 2-4 Hg? Do you use some kind of lube between tube end and groin? I usually need about 5 Hg myself just to get a good seal in my cock tube even if it's flanged.

Yes I lube up vith oil, and I have also shaved myself about 1,5 cm above my cock, then there is nonproblem getting a tight seal.

Guess I need to at least trim my pubic hairs then

There is no doubt that it will help you to get a better seal.
