Wow it's been a while since I've updated this. Here's my most rescent work. A new meato cut and a frenulum cut.

Further, you should not cut your Meatotomy, otherwise you can not close your foreskin. And that's a pity because the foreskin does good service. You can control the urinary stream, the glans remains sensitive and the masturbation goes very well with foreskin.
