Hey Brazilien and fellow pumpers, haven't posted anything in a while because of not making any real progress for the last few months. So been working on breaking past the wall. I think I may have found it last weekend. If I can repeat it this weekend then I'll know it works for me, if not back to the drawing board. Regardless, I'll post the results and the "new" routine.

crakerjack my jar is 7" (8" if you don't count thickness) wide sq with a 5" opening. No filling that anytime soon.
So I wasn't maintaining any size between sessions and the best I would get was the last size I had pumped to. Making no gains at all.
Last two weeks pumped everyday except Monday(rest day) at 5 to 8hg for at least two hours. Twice a day if I woke up before time for work and couldn't get back to sleep. On my day off I did three sessions anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours, dry with heating pad. Might do a wet session tonight to see how that goes.

Pumpchub I know what you mean, used to drive me crazy with the tenderness when I first started, not so much now. Try to keep them moisturized, warm and wear loose clothing.

You are so right BB, maybe this new routine will help with that if not I'll have wait till I go on vacation to really give them a working over. As for the vid, it's on my Xmas list.
My new goal now is to get them beach ready!
