I don't saline and have never used it.
Long time use with slowly building up time and pressure means I don't donut much and get an even size

You don't seem to use a sleeve at the base of the cylinder for the most part. Why ? What's a good sleeve donut to wear if the cylinder is 3" ? Most at ebay were 1.75" to 2.25" max.
