Pretty new to pumping and wondering what to expect in terms of gains that stick around even when not pumped.
Length is roughy the same pumped verses bone pressed, pumped is slightly longer.

That's something I'd like to know, too. I've often wondered if getting started early would help get things growing better and bigger.
I, unfortunately, missed the window of pumping while growing through my teens and 20s. I desperately want to keep the faith that I have a chance of growing huge despite that.

Some may be natural but I didn’t start pumping when I was 16/17. I’m now 25 almost 26. Growth doesn’t stop at 18 but the majority occurs during initial puberty. But that being said nobody knows what percentage is genetics be enlargement but I’m still gaining size now so more growth to come
