Thinking of ways to re work it... thinking of a re do through the skin 25 - 30mm further down the urethra?

I would say if the PA is too close to your meatus to hold any weight I would just cut that meatus open to the PA so you can stretch faster. yes you will lose some ability to aim but seeing what you have already done it might make it easier to control. as for getting a new pa done forget about it. it will just get in the way of sounding and even if you move it down far enough you want have enough tissue to support the weight and it to will go west. but I am not an expert in these kind of things so don't take just me advice.
