Just curious why you do not seem to be wearing/using a silicone cockring or something to keep the saline just in your ball sac?
A lot of saline will be dissipating else where

I'm gonna butt in here ahead of El.....

You don't need to be tied off constantly.
When you are standing or sitting on the edge of your seat with your sack hanging between your legs, mass and gravity take over. Provided you aren't packed into tight pants or catch a chill and get shrinkage. Just letting it hang holds it in place pretty well.
