Where exactly did you cut? Did you also clamp that area?

You must be patient in a balance between clamp and cutting. The procedure is not avialable in pictures. But after my meatotomy is finished I started to push the penishead upwards, so the skin on both sides of the opening connecting the penishead and the shaft was visible. Afterwards I clamped theese two skinstrings on both sides of the opening - there are nerves, you can feel it, pain. After long time of clamping the cutting with a small scissor, - a little bit every time, - to balance and to avoid scars.

If you will see the two skinstrings on this site, then study 'Splitties' opening (search Splittie) Splittie has the strings on both sides of his opening. If you clamp and cut on both sides (horizontal) then you release the penishead from the shaft - and your peehold opening will be wider - more open.

To day it looks natural and no scars at all.

New piercing, fistm?

I recently noticed that sometimes when peeing standing up with the meatotomy that I have it will do more of a shower head stream. This use to happen only after I sounded the night before. Now if I am not careful I could miss and pee on my shoes which I have almost done. I also noticed that just laying done and looking straight done at it I can definitely see the the hole extends from where it started to the end of the glans.

Congrats on making it to a full meatotomy. I went into a bathroom today that I thought would be totally empty. All one urinal taken, guy in the stall, only urinal left was the short one. I tried stalling forever but these people just wouldn't hurry and it was awkward standing around. Now that my heads completely split I keep running into these situations where I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to even get it in a urinal without pissing allover myself and shoes. It really is the only thing thing I dislike about my glans, but really like the look of it. Much more aesthetic than one glans and it's fun to play with.

the only issue is the peeing management... sometimes the stream is nice, sometimes it spreads like a shower... !

Now I have a skin knot in the middle !

removing little skin like that is pretty fast...

The white cream is a calendula baby cream , it helps very good to prevent the skin to stick to the gauze, and should help also the healing.

now I will wait some days/weeks to see what it becomes...

Nice job. Here you may understand when I pee the stream goes down through the hole. When both sides are seperated at the bottom, not on the top, my feeling of my meatotomy is different and more exiting than when it is just a slit!!! I can feel each side independent, just like the feelings in your tongue. I do not want to cut further around my penishead.

I love how your peehole is visible when you spread open the head. But it seems that you have cut a bit further below that me...

Hera are some pics taken today. I have made anoter little cut this night because the remaining of the knot had grown...
now it seems more balanced, symetric. I have to wait some days for the full healing.

I can make some interresting spread/gapes
