Hi all,
I have a PA which has stretched a lot (15mm gauge) and there is only a very thin 9mm long strip of skin between bottom of meatus and the PA hole so I’m considering a meatotomy.
I have looked through the forum and am very impressed but worried mine might not turn out so well as the PA hole is to the right of the frenum rather than centred on it.
Any suggestions on how I should approach cutting (shaping??) so that it will be more centred and symmetrical?
Any advice greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Re: meatotomy
but I know 9 mm is enough, don't do it like that, it's fine, I have a 10 mm and a 10 mm thick piercing

@JRB To get a more centered meato you might have to consider loosing the frenum, then the edge of your PA opening would sit better. However as you've had the PA for some time I doubt it will look completed centered. I lose my frenum prior to my PA and then having lost that it became my meato on the center line.

Hallo JRB
You should have removed the Frenulum Praeputii before the meatotomy. Then the result would be even more beautiful.

That’s not a bad idea as I’m sure that’s why it was skewed right in first place. I’m wonder how you would go about removing the frenulum? Any advice or knowledge out there?colchesterbloke wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2023 7:13 am @JRB To get a more centered meato you might have to consider loosing the frenum, then the edge of your PA opening would sit better. Have a browse through the site here.. the most common way is to tie it off bit by bit.

Re: meatotomy
Thanks but I’m actually cut, the doc just left a LOT of frenulum! All the ones I’ve looked at seem to be aimed at intact guys looking to separate the frenum to allow more foreskin movement. Mines a bit different as it’s just a lot of bridge that got left behind so I think it’s too tough for a thread. Maybe crush with forceps and cut??? Any other ideas?colchesterbloke wrote: ↑Sat Feb 04, 2023 1:21 am Have a browse through the site here.. the most common way is to tie it off bit by bit.
Thanks so Much for all the advice so far!!

Just had a closer look at your PA picture. yes can see you have a decent amount to clamp and cut, could end up with a nice finish and the exit hole look nicely aligned.

Have marked what could be a good place to aim for.. Then you should get a good line in for an extended meato.

Cheers! Yeah that looks like a good start point! Would you recommend I try tying off first or go for the forceps-crush method?colchesterbloke wrote: ↑Sat Feb 04, 2023 7:12 am Have marked what could be a good place to aim for.. Then you should get a good line in for an extended meato.

Re: meatotomy
Your choice to be honest. If you tie it you could get left with a bump of skin, howver you could then clamp the bump and thats a starting point for the meato. Keep in mind the centre line heading down the shaft, its too easy to head off course. Clamp little and often seems to be the norm. Don't cut right to the end of the clamped area either.
